So, I am currently a level 67 Wizard(Ice, Lightning). I always used to add +4 INT and +1 LUK each level. I had it so that my LUK was always 3 points above my level. Recently I noticed that I could do more damage by going Luckless. My INT is 347 (287+60) and my LUK is 75 (60+15). My base LUK used to be 70, but I used 10 AP Resets. Now I have 2 questions. 1: What should I set as my base LUK? Can I perhaps go lower than 60? 2: I have some high-level gear that requires alot of LUK, but all the gear that I wear are +INT. I'm afraid that if I wear all +LUK gear that I will notice a huge drop in damage, or will the fact that I'm Luckless and have extra points to put in INT make up for that? Thank you in advance.
Your base Luk should be 4. Luk provides nothing to Mages. Not accuracy, not damage. Nothing that requires Luk for mages is worth wearing unless you have every end game gear that gives Luk like a Horntail Necklace, Almighty Ring, Zakum Helmet and various event equips.
Hmm, that's really interesting. Thank you for your answer! I was secretly hoping LUK would be useless
