Character Name: Aleene Last thing you did: Logged out to vote. Why do you think you got banned?: Earlier today there were several server crashes and the last crash made my account (IGN: Aleene) bug out. So it got the bug where it says that the account is already logged in. And I was gonna use the websites Character Unstuck thingy, but that was temporarily disabled aswell. Then I read a couple of threads and didn't seem to find an answer to fix it. So I basiclly made my own thread about the bug. After I did that, I watched some more threads and many of the threads said that using ~gm in-game makes you contact a GM. So I thought.. Hey! let's do that. But problem is that my account was bugged so I couldn't logged in. Then I got the bright idea that my friend has an account here too. So what I did was that I logged in on my friends account and her character and did this ~gm thing there to contact GM. I explained about being on a friends account and all that and was wondering what the problem is with my own account. Then after coming back after some hours, I saw yet no update about my thread, but I still tried to login and walla, it worked. I got it & posted it on the thread that it works now and that any Moderator can lock it. Playing & Leveling as usuall and now I am in a PQ group, but before we started I said: "Just gonna logoff to vote, to get NX". And there it was, the ban message. Since the ban-message was "..temporarily banned tauriella" which is the name of my friends character, I thought it must be this reason. what I think is wrong is that I have been banned for a whole month. Till 26 JAN 2016! That is crazy. Now I know that you shouldn't login on another friends account anymore. But 30 days for a little mistake like that. Which will Never Ever happen again. I recently started here & god I wanna keep playing. If there is any way we could cut down the ban-time to a day or something. I wanna say I really learnt my lesson, but I honestly think 30 days is waaaay too long. The terms and conditions clearly state what the penalty is for account sharing. If you didn't want to face a 30 day ban, you shouldn't have logged onto your friend's account.
