Last thing you did: My assassin was in the FM and the Spearman i was in the second CPQ.
Why do you think you got banned?: i haven't a clue.
Ban message when attempting to log in: on the assassin it says=( your account has been blocked for using illegal programs or violating the game policy you can login after may 17/2020.... on the spearman it says=( this an id that had been deleted or blocked from connection.

You were banned for 3 days for kill stealing.

 

I wasn't kill stealing. I was at voodoo and hoodoo and there was noone on the map. A mage then came in and said it was her map even though i was there whenever NOONE was on the map. She then proceeded to tell me that she owned the map even though she left. Telling me that there is a 3 minute rule? Which i had never heard of. Anytime i have mapled in the past whenever i leave my map to go get stars i lose my training spot. So whenever she is telling me I'm ksing her (being a very high level character like 167 mage??) ive lost my spot so many times at voodoo and hoodoo to recharge my stars and she is telling me she just left and came back??? like what is that...

Furthermore, I maybe stayed 5 minutes so I understand that there is apparently some rule protecting any high level from just saying they were on a map for any length of time with no proof of whether they were there or not. By the way there were like no channels available so yea I'm going to disbelieve any person claiming a spot a spent a lot of time finding especially whenever they weren't actually on the map whenever i arrive.

 

The map was owned by that mage, which they showed multiple times. It doesn't matter if you were there before, if you lose your map because you let the 3-minute timer expire after your last hit on a mob, you don't get the right to try to take it back by kill stealing.

 

The mage had no proof of being on the map.

Now that I am informed is there anyway you can lift the ban? Like I said i left within 3 minutes of her telling me she had ownership.
