Major I have left for three years, I want to return, but I still can't log in.

    I have left for three years, I want to return.In 2017,i try to return but i forgot the pin ,then i try to guess the pin a few times.Then i gave up this time.
    Now i want to try to return again, i have reset the password and pin ,even the pic by the Game log tips,
    But i still cant log in MR, i am so sad,i love the MR,want GM can help.
