You have to reinstall the newest update from the website. They released a new setup couple days after anniversary event to fix Showa map.

Can any other characters go into Showa? my bad that I didn’t see you already mentioned you installed again. Edit: also make sure you delete the old maple royals before you install a new one, since you could be playing the old files.
This is a known bug which is fixed by installing a new setup. What @ImVeryJelly said should be the solution.
