Not Bug I just started the game, and i cant complete monster killing quests

I just started the game, and i cant complete monster killing quests, everytime i kill a snail or whatever during a quest to kill a snail, i remain on 0 for the quest, yet i still get exp and meso drops....

 

And i have been disconnected twice due to an error

 

Also i dont receive xp from completing quests that require just to talk to someone (only ones ive been able to complete so far), only from killing monsters

 

That does not happen on the live server make sure you downloaded the correct setup.
