Coming back after 8 years, I'm 133 I/L Archmage and only have blizzard and MW, working on ifirit, ice demon, and chain lightning. But is there any use of them besides looking cool when you can just use blizzard for everything? Or more so for single target?
Ifrit is useful for semi afk farming. CL is stronger than blizzard for single target but the use of single target attacks for IL is very limited.
Like mentioned above: If you ever plan to rose garden (lvl 170+) or kill Chao (Ellin forest daily nx), those two skills will be needed for single target dps! You don't have anything else to really max instead.
Ok cool, so mainly blizzard, and ifirit is more looking cool and extra dmg here and there and chain lightning for 1-3 mob targeting, and ice demon not really useful
