Closed i lost my items after the patch

before the patch that happend back in 04/01/17 i had a lvl 100 spear (pinaka) with 127 attack and +12 str and also blue neos +24 str and blue neo pants +10 str.

after the patch i have lost all those item that costed in total 1.5b.

can i do something to get them back? can someone return them back to me?
