Hello! So the thing is that the first time I got to kill horntail I didn't know how to spawn the dragon that gives me the scroll for the pendant, so I lost the 5 minutes and never got to talk to the guy again. My question is if that quest is repeatable if I get a new egg and a new pendant.
Yes the quest is repeatable with a new egg, I don't think you need a new pendant as long as it hasn't been egged. You can also repeat the quest with a new htp and egg as many times as you like
