We don't offer to reset skills anymore, you will need to buy SP resets from Cash Shop to move any points you have placed in the wrong job. If you have placed too many 3rd SP resets in another job you need 3rd job SP resets, and if you have placed 2nd job SP in your 1st job, you will need to buy 2nd job SP resets.
