Closed I (owner of MeteorFist/xVainglory/xSephirothx/zzzzStarry etc...) is having a really weird day.

Varies Log in Problems

Details:
Before my monologue, i'd like to list the equipments that i use if that helps GM to sort out what happened:
- I have 2 Macs (both MPB running parallel) and 2 Network (No.1 network is faster and No.2 Network slower) that i use to play MapleRoyal.

What happened:
> Firstly, I was able to log in with xVainglory using my 1st Mac and 1st network. the log in was successful as usual.

> I started the Christmas Dinner Set Quest and opened another client to retrieve some dinner set items i stored earlier on my storage mule. ( i couldnt remember which one, either zzzzStarry or xSephirothx. these two chars were created under same account)

> I found some dinner item, dropped it from the mule to fm floor, picked up using my nl, logged out my storage mule immediately. (whole process was less than 10 secs, didnt talk to anyone using any of my chars when doing so)

> i still got 1 item missing so i decided to log on my bucc to see if it had spares.

> Using the same client i used to log in my storage mule, I receive the "This is an ID that has been deleted or blocked from connection. Please check again." notification on my screen. I took a SS, Shown below.

> I was very confused, after talking to some friends in game and tried to self- trouble shoot using my Mac2 and Network2, I was able to get this:


> (The External screen is connected to the Macbook Pro(Mac1) on the far left.)
Mac1 (on the left) is connected to Network 1, and Mac2 (in the center) is connected to Network 2.

> After the test, i found out that I was actually able to log in my Bucc with computer 2 from network 2 even my attempt from computer 1 & network 1 is blocked with "Ban Notification"

> I logged out my Bucc from Mac2 Network2, logged out my nl from Mac1 Network1, and trying to log in to my NL using Mac 2 Network 2, it was successful.

> I restarted my Mac 1 Network 1

> After Mac 1 Network 1 both were Rebooted, I tried to log in to my storage mule account contains zzzzStarry and xSephirothx again just to see what happens, then I got a ban message, showing here:


> i was like O,..,O whats going on today!? I was just able to log in less than 20 mins (if not 10 mins) ago

> I tried to log in to my nl and bucc, both was able to move past the log in page > character selection page > pin dail, as soon as the game supposed to load, the client shuts itself and show this:


> i tried to log in again using my bucc's account info, again same thing described in last step appeared.

> I tried all accounts i had, all was able to move past the log in page (didnt test further, assume the same with previous steps) EXCEPT my account for storage mules were banned with harassment message.


So in conclusion:
I have no idea if my chars were really banned
I dont understand why my storage mule were banned for harassment

This have gave me some frustrations and it made me miss some events I was supposed to do in game. If i was really banned and it was deserved, I'd like to have a confirmation on what happened.

If otherwise, please advice.

Both are related to the ban for harassment, since we ban players as a person, which includes all accounts.

Harassment + multiple defames of another player. We're not going to show any evidence that we have because we keep reporters anonymous. With this reply, I'll be closing your two ban appeals as it will satisfy those as well. You have just about a day left on the ban, do just wait it out until then.
