Hi, you need to send a PM to either John or Katsuruka with the following information: 1) Your account name 2) The date of birth associated with your account 3) The email address associated with your account 4) The sha-1 hash of a new password (the new password itself must be less than 12 characters long) To get the sha-1 hash of your new password, go here: http://www.sha1-online.com/ Enter your password there and press the "hash" button, then paste the hash into the PM.
