Closed I think I’ve been banned

    All my characters name: Vayrien, VayrienBS, VayrienBUCC
    Last thing I did: i was using both chars Vayrien and VayrienBS i was in middle of HT with some friends and suddenly my clients started shutting down and this message pops up to all my accounts.
    Why do I think I got banned: I don’t know
    Ban message when I attempt to log in: This is an ID that has been deleted or blocked from connection.
    please check again
    What GM banned me: i haven't seen any GM before my clients started shutting down.

    @Heidi first of all thanks you for responding.
    I just want to be completely honest, I started playing this game a bit over a year ago and I really fell in love with this nostalgic server, for me its more then a game, its a way out, its the getting excited to get home to log into the game and have fun with my friends I met there (I met a lot) and forgetting about everything else, this game helped me go through a really hard time in my life and i am really depressed that i cant play it any more, the reason i am banned is because i have been abusing votes to get NX faster and wash my character more easier, and I know that it is wrong to do because it gives me an advantage over the rest of the server.
    I have also been guiding and helping a lot of people through out their maple experience and always try to be professional and help full with everyone.
    I am not trying to evade anything I am completely open, all i want is to be able to log in back to the game and chill with my friends.
    if you could please find a place in your heart to forgive me I promise to never vote abuse again ~f4

    Yeah, you're permanently banned for vote abuse. Thanks for being honest.

    We are all only human too, and I feel genuinely bad for you. However, it is simply not an option for me to unban you or allow you to play again. In order to be fair toward all, we have to enforce the Terms and Conditions equally for all. This means that you will remain permanently banned, and are not allowed to create anymore accounts here. I am sorry that this is not the news you wanted to hear, and I hope that you can find another server or game to play. Just make sure you read their rules and follow them carefully, so that you don't end up in this horrible situation again. We wish you all the best.

    Hello again @Heidi, I don’t mean to be annoying.. I just wanted to know if there is a possibility to maybe change my ban from permanent to a timed ban (14 days) as it writes in the terms of service, I know you can permanently ban for that offence and I respect your decision.
    All I request is another chance, not even with the same account, I want to start fresh and respect the terms of services with a brand new account.
    Please come through for me and allow me to join back again
