Open I think I got banned for voting twice, be glad for second consideration

All Your Character Names: doCleric level 100 as main character - i got another 2 small characters under the same email / account (level 20 and below just to hold items) and there's another email associated with me which i used in order to open another user named DanNotBan for my little brother and I - to play together in the near future.
Last thing you did: My little brother played my account in ship of ghosts (?)
Why do you think you got banned?: because I voted twice without knowing the rules - which, I'm aware of now of course. I opened a user for my little brother a few days ago, he's 10 and still new to the game, and I thought it was weird that I was able only to vote for his user (from my IP and Laptop) and than I cannot get NX from voting by myself.
So I just tried to bypass with my phone, due to the fact I knew my 4g internet would have a different (dynamic) IP which changes rapidly and a new MAC - but I did not know there's a regulation around it and that it might lead to me getting ban ( I read the blog only afterwards), And I can understand now and will not to do it - I'll apply for whitelist of course if possible.
Ban message when attempting to log in: This ID has been deleted or Blocked from connection.
What GM banned you (optional): I do not know

I want to add, I did not understand what happened to my account and my brother's account at first (yesterdays evening), so I opened extra 2 - with some 2 new emails - of course because I am using the same laptop (mac), router (ip) and probably client_id of the game - because I did not have intentions to delete the client of the game, those got blocked as well - TBH, I don't care so much about the new accounts , only about mine and by brother's accounts - and i'll even be glad to remove the 2 new emails from your DBs - the only reason I signed up was in order to get into the mapel royals ban appeal forum ( i tried entering with my id and password for long time and only now I understood I needed only to use my email +pw and not id+pw - and the only reason i opened these 2 new accounts in the first place is only to do ban appeal - So i'll be glad to delete them and remove these email from usage in maple Royals).
I prefer not to write them here in an open thread for everybody, but would love to send a private message about them if needed.

Hi, I think you got to wrong guy? I double voted and Shared an account with an underage kid! I did not microbot at all
