Well, when I first started playing in early July, I was playing on my Mac through Parallels. Once the update where the crashes started happening, I couldn't get it to work on my Mac anymore, so I have been using a really cheap windows laptop that I initially only used to play League of Legends since xD

Is there any possible way that this was mistakenly considered a major infraction? I admit, I have vote abused, even if it was only for a few weeks. The extra NX was never used to sell APR or to attempt to get further in the game. I spent most of my NX on cute outfits (you can check the logs if possible). This is devastating news to me. I know the 3 weeks of me being banned already was more than enough of a lesson for me to not even think about doing something stupid like that again. I have been extremely open to all my friends on this game as well and told them about this whole ban appeal and that the only wrong thing I ever did was vote abuse in the past and told them how much I did. I was heavily reassured that I have only minor voted abused and they know people who vote abused on many characters and only got a minor infraction. I’m just curious if there’s any chance at all a mistake has been made in how severe the abuse is considered? Or has the ban been changed to being permanent right off the bat? I’m a loyal royals player, and I really don’t want to keep playing legends T_T I know the mistake I made, and I would never jeopardize my experience playing royals EVER ever again.
