Not Bug I think it's impossible to get"Rockie" hairstyle. After 40+ tries of reg coupons, nothing.

I have been trying to get this hair over here, the Rockie hair:

I have used 40+ regular coupons in Henesys to no avail. I've burned so much time and millions mesos on coupons to get this hair. The hair guide says that its " Rockie: REG - Henesys", but after 40+ tries, even if it's random I should have gotten it by now.

I'm pretty sure its bugged at this point, is this hairstyle even implemented in the game? It hasn't worked after 40+ tries so I don't think it's even in the Henesys hair selection. I'm pretty sure it isn't even in the game at all. Do you know if it's in the game's code still?

 

If the hair is in Henesys then it works, Report Bug section is not for asking questions.

 

I'm pretty sure it doesn't work, if it's in the game I'm confident to say that it's not in Henesys after 40 tries. I guess the guide is wrong.

Where should I voice my concern if this isn't the right section?

Oh my god... how many tries did that take? I was wrong. I've gone through all my mesos, 40 tries, now I gotta wait for the daily NX and try again.
