Why do you think you got banned?: I am not sure maybe cause I looted some items on the floor when a guy that was quitting was dropping his/her items?

Then how can you prove that I was attempting to purchase mesos from another player? There could even be impersonation, this feels unfair.

 

Well, I don't have a way to defend myself then, evidence against me wasn't even provided. There isn't a point in appealing if no defense can be provided at all.
