Hello, I started playing this server a while ago, 2016 i believe, i quit a few weeks/months later. last weekend, i tried to login, but i just couldn't remember my pin, it didn't make any sense. So, i made a PIN/PIC reset request, which is still being handled. Now because i know i am the rightful owner of my account, and i have all the details (except for the PIN/PIC that is), i already started voting every day in anticipation of my PIN/PIC reset. Now today when i wanted to make another vote, i logged into the mapleroyals website, and saw my nx balance is only 900, yesterday it was still 42k. This means that its either a technical issue, or someone has stolen my account, which would explain why i "forgot" my pin. Any ip linked to the character "Dexlessbro" other than the one im logged in on the forums from right now, is fraudulent. please save my account. edit addition: I've only ever played from my home ip, which is my current ip. I never played royals at a friend's house or whatever on that account. You can see that the ip on which i registered the account, is the same as my current one
Not sure the actual status of your account security being compromised If you feel unsafe with voting at the original account, best is create new account and vote on that instead
I mean its my account, i cant login to it cus i forgot the pic. I've been anticipating to play on this account for the past days, and now i suddenly see all my nx is gone. I dont wan't to make another account and vote on that. also, this is not a general support question, this is something for staff to look into
I know it's your account, but the PIC / PIN recovery will take 2 to 3 days at least The new account is just a suggestion
I know, im not asking the admin to speed up to process, im asking if my account is safe, and if there will any of my stuff when i get it back. Seeing my NX go down give me a faint idea that my account is probably stripped when i do get it back. And i know i only ever played from my own home without any kind of vpn, so the person responsible (if its not a technical issue that is), can be banned easily

Man that sucks, every day i was waiting i wanted to play more, knowing i could try to get a pac right away with a cacha run, now that fun is most likely ruined, i want the person responsible to get banned.
Also any admin please ban my account untill i have regained ownership, so the potential hacker doesnt get a chance to xfer anything more
