Not Bug I voted for NX but it shows out "There is no character level 15 or above on the account."

I clicked my username(with google save password) at first, but it shows out this page and tried by typing it out again which is no use.
It's been 3 days and kind of frustrating....




Indeed my acc has two lvl 15 or above
1st level 15
2nd level 35



I tried using phone to vote for it but the same thing appears.

 

You should edit your image, censor your log in username!

You have to vote using your loginID, not charactername.

If you are voting using your loginID bit still getting this message you might've made a typo.

 

I used my username to vote....
Ive also checked whether theres a typo or not... but nothing works...

 

Use account's username exactly as you entered it in registration. Maybe its case sensitive or you made a mistake.
