Getting pretty sick and tired of having the motivation to sell leech to progress my accounts, and being stumped because nobody is buying. I need solo-story advice, I want to be able to progress on this game without having to rely on others. /r Seriously though if there are any solo money making methods out there I'd really appreciate if somebody could share them with me.
If you are not a bs/mage, go to Creeping evil (NLC), farm equips and npc them. I make around 30-40m/hour.
Collect silver mane etc. Dead mine Scrolls, gold teeth, make a lot of lv 15 characters to sell fame or camp in orbis tower to get daily orbis tower Scrolls and sell them. There are lots of ways.
I have a bishop and I barely use it. Instead, I prefer farming with my level 152 DrK. Some of the things I do to make mesos include: - Collecting equips to NPC at Ulu 1 (probably the best. Also a chance of getting shop sellable equips!) - Collecting equips to NPC at Gobies (not as good, but a nice change of scenery!) - Collecting equips to NPC at wolf spiders (and usually I end up giving somebody a free leech at the same time, lol) - Hunting Pianus - Hunting minibosses - Killing pap - Collecting badges in CW - Searching for high matk fallen leaf earrings and maple wisdom staffs at spa - Collecting gold teeth at dead mine - Collecting soiled rags from wraiths. Not a fan of leps personally. - Those skeles near the GPQ area and also the masks on the way to the GPQ area were good when the scrolls they dropped sold for more. But the price of scrolls in royals have gone down a lot. But they're still good for low level characters! - Collecting heartstoppers to sell - Some ToT maps are good, good EXP and some nice drops. I'm sure different people would have different preferences about what equips and scrolls they're most keen on collecting. Don't go here until the amount of mesos you get is high relative to the amount of potions you use. Some are better than others, but I enjoy variety. BTW I'm always happy to let lower level characters join me when I'm farming if they want to get a bit of free EXP + just hunt in a corner of the map. It's no loss to me, and is always fun to have a bit of company! Add me on buddy list if this is something you're interested in. Only requirement is that you don't just go afk the whole time. You have to actually be killing stuff as it isn't just "free leech"
farm npc equips>make another mage/bm/mm afk farm voodoos for stoppers or make priests and afk leps and npc equips, dont forget to do this at all times while you're at the computer. Go grind your main character do boss runs (zakum/toad) not that great but atleast you get exp while doing it. I personally never sold leech on old source if i needed a lot of mesos fast i would just farm gobies and npc equips this is pretty bad in new source, but i think there should be other spots are pretty similar meso/h as old source gobies. I used to make good amount of mesos from horntail too which isnt available either. While selling leech is the best mesos/h i prefer getting slower mesos and playing more freely not relying on other people being there to pay me every hour and from what i know this is what many of the richer players do. typical day for someone who makes a lot of mesos before new source would probably start with getting his afk farming mules set then farm on them till he goes to sleep. Mean while if theres no boss runs ready probably go on his bishop to farm some map where theres decent drops npc value/h and scrolls that sell easy for decent mesos. Then its time to start bossing if you really need mesos u should look for buyers how ever this tends to take longer setting up so less time farming you kind of get a feeling if its worth to get buyers or not. Everyrthing you do while afk farming voodoos probably because leps requires to npc more often and also stoppers is good when you're bossing. Also while bossing never use anything less than stopper because you save time, time that could be spent farming.
