Open i was banned and not sure why (player coming back to the game)

    was able to connect but when i choose a character it shuts down

    Hello. You are not banned, but are connecting with an invalid mac address (00-00-00-00-00-00). Most of the time this caused by a VPN. Even if you are not using it actively, having it installed can cause issues. You won't be able to connect until you get rid of the invalid mac address.

    hi thanks for the quick response i appreciate it. should i delete it from pc all together or just install without vpn open?

    I’d try uninstalling the VPN from your computer and then try launching the game.
