i was Rollback

Please .Help me~ .
Character name : Mrbai
problem : i was rollback
Details : I was rollback . yesterday i up lv 71 . now i down 68
I consume one day in order to up 68 > 71 and change job And lost NX

I spend money to buy things, and now it has returned to the same. weapons lost money back.
i only have photograph now. i lv 68

 

You need to post this in the character issue section of the forums. Also from what I can recall, the staff doesnt compensate rollbacks when it comes the exp lost.

Do you have proof of what level you were like a screenshot?

 

Most likely because you don't supply physical evidence. It would be also hard to compensate lost levels from a rollback. On top of that, these rollbacks only ever happen if you keep your character logged in before a server reset. I've lost much more than 3 levels near the lv70 range and was compensated with sweet f**k all, but life sucks doesn't it?

Since you're given notice before a server reset, there's not much the staff could most likely do, but I shouldn't speak for them.

 

i only have photograph now. because How did I know i will be rollback in order to take a photograph again . But i have a withness . so many . because when i up 70 I buy dark cystar in order to change job 3.

You need to upload the image to a website like imgur or the millions of others.
If you only have a picture of your character now it won't do much.
