Hi, I had no idea there was a level limit on using gachapon. I bought gachapon tickets on a mule I never play with or level. Could I have the NX refunded and the tickets removed or have it transferred to my main character?
Go to the cash shop on your mule, bottom left corner is your character inventory. Go to the last tab and youll find the tickets. Double click and transfer them into your cash shop inventory, then log out and log into your main, go back to cash shop, and transfer them into your main's inventory. Hope this helps!
