When doing the quest you reach a point where you have to create an orihalcon hammer (as shown in inventory) and return to this npc who teleports you to a map. However, when doing this the option is not present hence you cannot proceed with the quest. This quest is also necessary to obtain the next summon for I/L Arch Mages called Ifrit. Side note: refining works perfectly
