    Have you tried ccing/relogging? Please do not try storing it in your cash shop inventory so we don't risk it disappearing.

    When an NX weapon enters such a state, the only advice I can give is to wait it out a few weeks. It may just fix itself like what happened with my sword at one point xP

    Good news is that the cash item ID revamp coming in the near future will prevent and debug broken NX items.
