ID already logged in

Hello, while I was doing CPQ my game started to freeze and I dc'd. When I tried to log in I go the message "this is an id that is already logged in, or the server is under inspection. I've been trying to log in now for the past 3 hours and was wondering if there is anything I can do to get rid of this error? Thanks in advance.

Thanks, but whenever I log in on the main page is says my username/password is incorrect.

 

Is your username or password longer than 12 characters?

 

My password is 13 characters long.

 

PM me your account name, date of birth and email address associated with that account, as well as the hash of what you want your new password to be (hash can be obtained by copy/pasting hash generated on http://sha1-online.com).
