Problem: ID already logged in
Details: was in cash shop and disconnected, when trying to reconnect, popup saying ID already logged in appears. Please fix this thank you.

 

Your account is stuck and we have no way of disconnecting you from the Cash Shop. You'll either have to wait for it to get manually unstuck, otherwise a server check would be required.
