Hi, It seems my account was banned when i tried to login for the 1st time after resetting my password. Previously it mention my password was incorrect. Can anyone help me with this, new player here.

Continuing the conversation here. So you haven’t created an in game account yet per your PM, but you are trying to log into the game? The forum account you created is different from your game account. If you haven’t created a game account yet you’ll need to do so from the home page. You only need one forum account, but you can create multiple in game accounts.
