It seems that your account was logged into by another person and may have been hacked a few years ago. You would have to use the new Control Panel to change your password (and verify email, change PIN/PIC, etc.). After you've done that, let an admin know (either Tim or Andreas) and they will confirm and unban you.
Hello Gert, I was able to verify my email and change my password, but I'm having difficulty changing PIN/PIC because I can't log in to my account. I disabled and re-enabeled the PIC on Control Panel, but I still can't log into my account to update them. What should I do further? Thanks
I would message an Administrator so that you can get your account unblocked and then you should be able to change your PIN/PIC
