Hello, I feel very frustrated over this matter.. As in my previous post for applying to the whitelist, I mentioned my younger brother was under the age of 13, which was a lie cause he did not want to be included in the picture. Another GM informs me of the age restriction as well and this message (private post) *You are allowed to play and vote yourself but your brother will not be allowed to play again until he is 13 years old. If he decides he wants to appeal his ban, whenever that may be, he can once he turns 13.* - I'm still waiting for this to be solved Honestly, I've never expected this to happen and I blame myself for the stupidity and not thoroughly read the game rules. At this point we both have lost interest in the server, being unable to play on our second and third day. And now dealing with this blockage issue..
If you wish to apply for the Whitelist, the Staff needs you to prove you are more than one person. That is the reasoning behind the Staff asking for players to submit a picture. If your brother is not comfortable showing his picture to the Staff in the application, then we cannot approve your Whitelist. You will both just have to take turns voting each day. Unfortunately, there is no other alternative the Staff can offer you in this situation. Whatever you decide to do, let the GM who is taking care of your application in the Whitelist know.
Can any staff member let your fellow companion GM Gert know to review my whitelist application and also lift the ban. Since I cannot reach private messages.
Will my ban be lifted anytime soon? or must I wait for the specific GM to handle the thread. The currently ongoing penalty is only applied to my brother's account, as stated above, I'm free to play.
Anyone care to elaborate on my recent post? I should be able to play on my account, but I still can't attempt to log in, I am getting impatient with the injustice cold service.
Hello. Please note that we respond to appeals in the order that they appear on our end, so bumping your appeal puts you at the end of the line. At this time, both you and your brother will remain banned until our admins can verify some information on their end. Please note that your whitelist application is still not approved at this time, so only one of you can vote per day. Please remain patient while our admins look into it. This process may take a while.
