Closed id blocked from connection (not sure if a ban)

problem: when i try to log i got the message of a ban "this id has been deleted or blocked from connection"
details: i had this problem before when it was not a ban (as i did nothing wrong) and just had to restart my router.
this time i reset the router and it still does not work
can any admin help me out?
