Hi All, I have encountered some technical issues that blocked me from connecting to maple royals. I have been playing maple royals for over a year, and noticed sometimes I would dc after entering PIC. This November I moved from Europe to the US, and found that I would always dc after entering PIC. After trying out several solutions (change different wifi, VPN), I ended up couldn't even log on, seeing "This is an ID that has been deleted or blocked from connection" after entering the credentials. Have anyone experienced a similar issue and could help me understand how to resolve this? I greatly appreciate any help for this issue~~~ Thank you all! Kind regards, Max
