Closed ID blocked or banned from connection.

    ALL Your Character Names: Arkanos, Arkaros, couple other ones I don't remember, I was just using different variations of the same nick. I do remember ingame account IDs though.
    Last thing you did: I don't remember, it was long time ago.
    Why do you think you got banned?: I don't think I was actually banned.
    Ban message when attempting to log in: This is an ID that has been deleted or blocked from connection.

    Hi,
    I haven't played in a very long time, and before I quit everything with my accounts was fine. Today when I tried logging in, two out of four of my accounts were blocked, other two work fine. Another thing I noticed is that on none of my accounts I have any NX points (over 10k), which I can see because I can still login on the website, even though I was definitely voting on one of them before I quit.

    Unfortunately, it seems that your account was hacked, and was banned to prevent further damage.

    You will have to go to the Control Panel and change your credentials here:

    https://royals.ms/controlpanel/login

    We recommend using credentials unique to MapleRoyals only.

    You should also make a post in the Support Request forum here:

    https://royals.ms/forum/forums/support-requests.111/

    In your request, please include the following information:

    All your character names (IGNs):
    The date of birth associated with your account (DD-MM-YYYY):
    The email addresses you think might be associated with your account:
    Your account username (Game Login ID):
    The last time you played*:

    *Please provide an estimation if unsure

    Do not post any of the above information on this thread, as this one is public. The Support Request Forum is private.

    Once all that is done, an Admin will be required for the next step. I will let them know of your request, but it will likely take some time before they get to it, as they always have a lot of tasks to take care of.

    You may play on your other accounts and create new ones in the meantime. Once you create the thread in the Support Request Forum, your account recovery will continue with the Admins on there.
