Both of the characters listed don't appear to be banned on our end.

Can you please restart your router and make sure your IP changes before attempting to connect? It's possible that you are trying to connect from a previously banned IP assigned to you automatically by your ISP.

 

Have already tried restarting router still the same issue - ID Blocked or deleted

Nope, not using VPN. Not sure if it matters but i’m connected to a Mesh wifi tho

 

Could you try to connect from your mobile hotspot and see if it fixes the issue?

The IP change needs to be done on the main router that supports your mesh.

If you are unable to reset your IP, you might need to contact your ISP and request them to change it from their end, or alternatively, use a VPN until you are assigned an address that wasn't previously banned.
