Closed ID blocked or deleted

    All Your Character Names: Can't remember - found only conversation that i had 70lvl priest with IGN: Fisielz or Bleamek

    Last thing you did: Don't really remember, it was ~2019 since i last log in, but i remember grinding at ghost ship as a cleric.

    Why do you think you got banned?: Tried to login after years, had some trouble remebering Username and password. Can login into control panel, got it recovered with PIN and PIC, and i have verified my email, changed my password. Besides PIN and PIC account wasn't really very secure, might got hacked within 5 years, or maybe it has something to do with changing location that could trigger some security prompts.

    Ban message when attempting to log in: "This is an ID that has been deleted or blocked from connection. Please check again."

    For addition: Seen people being banned, because they've logged in from banned IP. I've created new account to check if it could be also my case.

    Well, seems not to be connected to my case, the other account has a character crated named Morlinky.

    Do not post any of the above information on this thread, as this one is public. The Support Request Forum is private.

    Once all that is done, an Admin will be required for the next step. I will let them know of your request, but it will likely take some time before they get to it, as they always have a lot of tasks to take care of.

    You may play on your other accounts and create new ones in the meantime. Once you create the thread in the Support Request Forum, your account recovery will continue with the Admins on there.
