    No, i did make a new account today to see if that works. And I used vpn what worked but just typed in random name for that character and I can log in but after char selection I get an error connection lost

    So someone came to your house, used your computer and your email, created an account with the character azerty, and proceeded to utilize hacks on it? Unfortunately, your permanent ban will remain and your appeal is denied. Please note that this means you as a person are no longer allowed to play on our server. Additional accounts created will be banned.
