    ALL Your Character Names: I couldn't recall any, but I only remember the login ID. I have 3 characters, 140lvl f/p mage (IGN could be Yanda, I couldnt recall), 50lvl warrior, 90lvl hermit
    Last thing you did: Casually training at ulu
    Why do you think you got banned?: no clue

    I just recalled my f/p ign is Arvyaa or something that sounds that way.

    I recalled that the hermit was in another account. So this account only has 2 char (f/p and warrior). By the way, anyways to reset the pin as I have forgotten...

    Your second account is not banned. Try connecting to that one again. If you are still having trouble connecting, try resetting your router and modem to get a different IP.
