Here goes:

This ring first appeared on 9 Mar 2022, item smega by a player with ign: ACrowley. The same player also smega that he is looking to buy a scrolled lapiz sandals (before the sale of roa smega). I first told him that I wanted to sell my lapiz sandals at 10b and he expressed interest in buying it but told me he had no mesos at that time as he was waiting to sell other assests, I told him to him take his time as it is unlikely anyone else have shown interest in my lapiz sandals. Following which was the smega by him on the sale of roa which I believe a guildmate of mine has offered c/o of 9b. I then wanted to take this opportunity to offer my 30tma lapiz sandals for his roa and told him he could place me as c/o for 10b. My guildmate nicky followed up with a bid of 11b which I was not willing to offer. ACrowley then told me that he will buy my lapiz after he sells the roa and get the funds. On 10 Mar 2022 about 02:00 servertime, Acrowley approached me in fm and asked if I had other mage gears so I showed him my 58int brown doroness (F) & my 37tma FKC which he took interest in my FKC. He then offered me a straight trade of 6/5/6/5 roa + topup for both my lapiz sandals & FKC. I thought it was a pretty good deal so I told him I'm down for it. Afterwhich, he proceeded to close his selling thread post on forum. This is the entire story of how I obtained the 6/5/6/5 roa. I have the screenshot of the trade if you require me to show (thank goodness I took ss). Would appreciate a prompt response as I am innocent & my fm store is closing.

 

Hi Tim, thanks for the prompt response, may I know which were the accounts that were related to vote abuse? Would appreciate a private message as login ID is concerned. I am very sure I have only voted on 1 account per day, on some days i might have voted for other accounts due to lack of nx.

 

Hi Tim, my main accounts are SmellyFeetZ & SmellyStrawZ, I vote daily on SmellyStrawZ as I use it as my FM store account. My nx on SmellyFeetZ & SmellyAssZ comes mostly from in-game bosses or event or what not. HSpanic is a hs mule that I barely log in to until recent vday event. If your voting records are true, I can only say that my account was voted by someone else. I do not know how else I can explain myself.. Players who know me in game know that I do HT boss almost everyday and there is no lack of nx for me. Of course I understand you speak evidence from your records, please allow me some time to try and find out how my accounts have multiple votes a day.

 

Hi Tim, may I also know if this vote abuse is classified under major or minor vote abuse? Currently I am trying to contact all my close friends & family in real life who have played royals with me from 2020

 

Hi Tim, I do not know how else to explain my vote abuse records on your end. I only seek that you & your team relook at my case with some empathy & critical analysis given the status (hp washing/assets) of my characters. During the period of vote abuse stated by you (May 2020-Aug 2020), my only active playing character should be my bishop (SmellyFeetZ), I believe that I was already lv 19x at that point in time with hp washed to 10k & mp at 20k+. As described in my earlier reply, I was doing daily HT boss 2x a day which the drops & nx were my main source of funding for my next character (SmellyStrawZ). Even after being lv 200 on my bishop, I continued to run 2x HT daily as I was lazy to sell leech to earn funds & nx for my attacker. There was really no reason for me to be vote abusing. In addition I would like to add that if the said offence was committed by me, I wasn't "caught" until 2 years later (now) when I was initially suspected for obtaining an item through means that are against the rules of the game, surely I would have thought of vote abusing between during the period (2021-2022) of my creation of my 2 new attackers (SmellyStrawZ & SmellyAssZ) for funding purposes. I would also like to emphasize that I had only recently logged in to the account containing HSpanic to do vday event boss. It would make no sense that I vote abuse 2 years ago only to wait til now to retrieve the nx (do note that my 2 attackers are fully washed - lv 18x BM & lv 18x NL). I would like to suggest the possibility of my account being hacked by a 3rd party for vote abuse purposes for their own personal gains. I am just a player on this server, I do not have the knowledge or technological system to come up with evidence to prove myself innocent. I can only beseech that you take into account my voting habits apart from this 3 months, it should be clear that I have zero intentions of vote abusing. I do understand that there might be some limitations on your end to aid me in justifying my case hence I will respect the final judgement made by you & your team. This game has brought me much joy & I am thankful for this game as I have made many friends in the past few years.

P.S Regardless of the outcome of my appeal, I hope that you can drop me a Private message as there are some information I wish to let you know (not regarding this ban appeal).
