Didn't think that's an issue since they never voted. we agreed that if they'd decide they wanna keep playing we'll take turns or apply to the whitelist. i've been investing heavily on this account, and even donated. i don't see a reason for this..
would love any information, why was I even banned? for how long? there's literally no information no where.
yes, they never voted. just confirmed it with both of them to be sure. they are not even active, as i said, they've reached maybe lvl10..
that's not my account. that's a good friend of mine (IRL), we started playing together but he doesn't live with me nor do we share accounts. edit: we did, once, sat together at my place with 2 seperate laptops and played together. wasn't aware this is illegal. maybe it was triggered as the same household? anyway, it's not. would gladly provide any proof necessary.
Our records indicate InoamI and Juval both connect from the same connection and device, and the accounts were made in close time succession.
I genuinely don't remember every detail about our meetup IRL, he might've logged in from my device once, even if he did - it wasn't for more than a minute. we didn't vote abuse nor did we account share, i'm sure your system can indicate we played together many times, while both of us being active.. if that's not proof enough, as i said, i would gladly provide any irl proof that we are different people, a picture or a video or w/e you need. this seems like a misunderstanding. edit: i can also provide IGNs of well known players that know both us and therefore know we are not the same dude.

Please be patient while this is looked in to further. An admin may have to correlate the information.
Based on the connection logs it shows us that in less than 3 minutes inoami logged out of their account on their computer and then their account was logged in to your computer, all the while your account was still logged in. Based on this, the accounts have been banned for account sharing.
Even if we count that 1 minute login you mention as account sharing (what was shared exactly?..), this is a one time thing. we're playing in server for maybe 3 weeks, you can clearly see we are not the same person for the reasons i've mentioned above (played together while both active, can provide any IRL proof you want, can provide IGN of players that know us both) - i don't understand the rush to perma ban 2 active players off a misunderstanding. we're both committed to the server, both donated, i have EXPLAINED the situation with the meetup IRL.. i don't see why this ban is justified. we didn't share anything, he simply (apparently) logged from my device for a minute and you perma ban both of us. this isn't some case of same person logging in from 2 accounts and leeching or w/e. you can clearly see this was a pointless login, with no harm intentions behind it, from 2 active and NEW players.
we will obviouly be x100 more careful about only logging in from our own devices from now on, but seriously, we really enjoy playing in this server and there was no exploiting or anything.
Bump, second page. Can you consider reducing the ban, or lifting the IP ban? i don't mind starting over, I legit just want to play. Please reconsider.
