ALL Your Character Names: Magicalia (main) and random lower levels I cannot recall.
Last thing you did: Hard to remember, it was in 2017. Possibly sitting idle somewhere.
Why do you think you got banned?: I personally do not recall breaking any rules.
Ban message when attempting to log in: ID has been deleted or blocked from connection
What GM banned you (optional): -

Additional info: I'm a returning player that was hoping to transfer some stuff over from my old account to my current active account. The IP would not be blocked as I am able to access the server on other accounts.

    Thank you in advance.

    Hello.
Unfortunately, it seems that your account was hacked, and was banned to prevent further damage.

You will have to go to the Control Panel and change your credentials here:

    https://royals.ms/controlpanel/login

We recommend using credentials unique to MapleRoyals only.

You should also make a post in the Support Request forum here:

    https://royals.ms/forum/forums/support-requests.111/

In your request, please include the following information:

    All your character names (IGNs):
The date of birth associated with your account (DD-MM-YYYY):
The email addresses you think might be associated with your account:
Your account username (Game Login ID):
    The last time you played*:

*Please provide an estimation if unsure

Do not post any of the above information on this thread, as this one is public. The Support Request Forum is private.

Once all that is done, an Admin will be required for the next step. I will let them know of your request, but it will likely take some time before they get to it, as they always have a lot of tasks to take care of.

You may play on your other accounts and create new ones in the meantime. Once you create the thread in the Support Request Forum, your account recovery will continue with the Admins on there.
