It can take a while depending on how many they receive. Only admins can view that part of the forum, so I can’t tell you how long it will take. Could be a few days or a few weeks unfortunately.
You are welcome to create another account in the meantime if you want to keep playing. You as a person are not banned, just the account that was hacked.
