seems like your account got hacked due to having weak account security you can recover your account by sending me an inbox message with: 1) Your character names 2) The date of birth associated with your account 3) The email address associated with your account 4) Your account username 5) the 4 digit pin you want to register 6) the 6 or more digit/letter pic you want to register
