Hi GM, I am glad not being banned! I am actually using shared personal hotspot from my iPhone 15 pro max, iOS version 18.5 (latest) due to my game room is far from the Wi-Fi router, and I am not using any VPN services for playing Royals. Kindly advice me. Thanks a lot!
There's a few possibilities here. 1. Your hotspot's IP address could be banned, hence why you wouldn't be able to log in. You may need to look into changing your hotspot's IP address for your phone / ISP service. 2. Your computer's firewall or antivirus may have blocked MapleRoyals so you may need to hop in to double check and add MapleRoyals to your whitelist.
1) I am using telecom company Starhub (Singapore) to share the hotspot and not using any Wi-Fi. I couldn't find any way to change to IP address. Directly changing the IP address assigned by the cellular carrier is not typically possible. 2) I am sure the MapleRoyals folder is in the whitelist. Is there other way to solve this?
