    Hi there,

    Long time returning player here but I ran into this problem when logging into my account. I am able to login from the webpage and it shows my current NX as well.

    Don't quite understand what's the problem so please help!

    Unfortunately that didn't work for me, restarted multiple times already but nothing happened.

    Anyways, in another thread I found out that my account was hacked and blocked so still awaiting reply from admins.

    Thanks for the advice though :p

    Make a post at https://royals.ms/forum/forums/ban-appeal.8/create-thread

    Follow the format that is required
    And write that your account is blocked
