Closed ID has been deleted or blocked from connection

    Hi,

    ALL Character Names: TaQimo (was the main one), forgot the others...
    I also have a character named TaQibo, but he belongs to a different account.

    Last thing you did:
    Last time I logged in was last year

    Why do you think you got banned?:
    I haven't played for about a year and that's the error that I am getting when I try to log in. I saw another thread of someone with the same issue who was told he was banned because his account was hacked, I assume that this is what happened to me as well.

    Ban message when attempting to log in:
    ID has been deleted or blocked from connection.

    Hi again :)

    I took a general break from gaming for a while and decided to come back to MapleRoyals now.
    I started the game and proceeded to trying to log into my account, forgetting that I even encountered this issue where my account got blocked for some unknown reason. Anyway, when trying to log in, I still encountered this issue, could you please restore my account? I really have no idea why it got blocked...

    Did you make a support request thread from back then? And was it followed up on with an Admin at the time?

    Hi Stephen,

    Yes, I did, an admin called Tim replied back then on my support request thread, saying that they managed to recover everything and I should be able to connect.
    This was back in August 2021.

    All right. Will need an Admin to follow up on this one, to see what the issue is now. Please be patient and wait for a response from them here.
