Can you please explain the origins of your items in your shop? and how long have you played the game?

 

When I started about 2 years ago I joined this clan called Canadiens which were very mass affluent and well off. One dude gave me a 16 att scg and a red sock just for joining, as well as other people in the guild. It was pretty cool until we never saw him again. Us and a few of the guildies suggested he was hacking or buying these items online and got banned. That was just the start of my accumulated wealth. Some of my friends also quit and went to DreamMS recently and I got a ROA from one of them. From then on I started merching and crafting these similar high valued items because they were expensive and in high demand.

 

What are your friends’ IGN? What exactly did you match and how did you obtain the items?

 

I don’t remember the IGNs this happened some time ago but I believe the hacker dude IGN was Luckixx or something. Most of the items I received were just given to me as I previously mentioned. I sold a few FS’s and ROAs and SCG’s for mesos then used the mesos and bought more, rinse and repeat.

Recent months. I don’t remember his IGN exactly. We were acquaintances and met through the guild. He quit and started dropping stuff in FM for us all. We called him Timothy. Can I go back to playing now?

 

Nothing against you admins because you all have to do your job, but how do you expect anyone to play your game when you ban first and ask questions second? People have commitment issues playing this game due to issues like this. Unless you are certain beyond a reasonable doubt that I’ve been hacking, slap that ban hammer on me. I’m sure you have the resources to find this out for good.

This is ridiculous I didn't solicit anything. I received items from my guildies which attributed to my accumulation of wealth, why is my ban appeal contingent on remembering their IGNs? If someone agrees to drop you high valued items for free are you going to decline? Why would someone be punished for this.

 

Hello? It's been 10 days since I've had my account banned for no reason. Please have your team investigate whatever you think I did quicker so i can get back to playing your private server before everyone leaves due to ridiculous reasons like this. Thanks!

 

You may provide as much info about your items as possible to speed up the process. Otherwise we gotta dig into it by ourselves. Please be patient meanwhile
