ID is already logged in or server under inspection

Hi all,

I have been getting that the title's message for the past day and when checking the troubleshooting guide, it says to go to 'character fixes' and click 'fix'. However, when i get to the page, it says that it is temporarily disabled.

Does anyone have any suggestions?

You can make a thread in the character issues section of the forums mentiong the error you receive and your IGN, once you've done that we will attempt to solve the problem for you. In this case while I'm here anyway I might as well just ask for your IGN and once you give me that I'll assist you into getting back online!
