Closed ID that has been deleted or blocked from connection. Been 5 years since I played

    All Your Character Names: MayumiSky (Marksman), ItsOnFire (F/P Mage), ItsHighNoon (Gunslinger) + one paladin that I forgot the name of
    Last thing you did: MayumiSky was probably in FM, ItsOnFire was at Petrifighters, ItsHighNoon was in CBD Truckers, Paladin was in Temple of Time
    Why do you think you got banned?: Not entirely sure; it's been 5+ years since I last played and I only returned a few weeks ago, and I never did anything illegal. It may have been accidental vote abuse as I have three accounts to play different classes; I might have voted on the wrong account which was still on vote cooldown.
    Ban message when attempting to log in: This is an ID that has been deleted or blocked from connection.
    What GM banned you (optional): Unsure as the last time I logged in, everything was fine

    I have changed my password and added a PIN when I returned, but I could not log in with the launcher afterwards.

    In your request, please include the following information:
    • All your character names (IGN):
    • The date of birth associated with your account (DD-MM-YYYY):
    • The email addresses you think might be associated with your account:
    • Your account username (Game Login ID):
    • The last time you played*:

    Do not post any of the above information on this thread, as this one is public. The Support Request Forum is Private.

    Once all that is done, an Admin will be required for the next step. I will let them know of your request, but it will likely take some time before they get to it, as they always have a lot of tasks to take care of.

    Thank you so much, this is better news than I was hoping for (I was afraid this was irreversible). I have just made a thread in support requests so please let an Admin know. I understand if they are busy, so thanks for your time.
