Hello,

I haven't logged in for quite some time. I don't believe I've ever done anything wrong but I get a wierd error message like the one in the title. My character name is my account login, I haven't logged in, in a while.

You were permanently banned for hacking on your character Spearie in 2020.

 

Hmm that's odd, I don't believe that was me playing. I never played in 2020. Is there anything I can do please?

Its all done, I changed my password. It says I need to set the pin and pic in game and I'll do that right when I log in.
