Open Awaiting Admin Action ID that has been deleted or blocked from connection

    Last thing you did: Gacha
    Why do you think you got banned?: NA
    Ban message when attempting to log in: ID that has been deleted or blocked from connection
    What GM banned you (optional): My both accounts was reset on last Friday with the help from "TIM", and I was only able to login to 1 of the account after the reset. The other account with the character name of "ljysw" is still blocked.

    Your accounts are all good and you are not banned.

    The IP address you're connecting with is banned. You will need to restart your router to obtain a new IP address to connect with.

    Hi Foxy,
    I have total of 2 accounts and I am able to login to 1 of it. The 2nd account, I tried to login at multiple places with different IP since last Friday and still could not login

    thanks for the reply.

    The account is unlocked .

    However my character is deleted by the hacker. I am still in the conversation with TIM in the “lost email or username” thread. Do I wait for his reply in that thread or create a new thread at the “recover character” ?
